Technology recommendations should begin with the organization, its people, its constraints and its goals.
CompuExperts exists to give organizations access to broad, senior-level technology expertise without sacrificing responsiveness, ownership or direct communication.
Chris began working professionally with technology in 1986. His career has included enterprise systems, networking, cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, software development, consulting, business ownership and IT leadership.
He has served in technical and management roles, led teams and departments, worked directly with business and enterprise clients, and built technology solutions across multiple generations of platforms and operating models.
CompuExperts brings those disciplines together. The objective is not to promote a product for its own sake, but to identify the right technical approach, explain it clearly and remain accountable for the outcome.
The CompuExperts name dates to 1996, when the work centered on computer sales, service, support and consulting. Technology and delivery models have changed dramatically, but the focus remains practical guidance, capable execution and direct accountability.
The 1996–2026 milestone marks thirty years since that beginning. It is presented as company history, not as a claim that every service, office or team shown existed continuously in the same form.
Technology recommendations should begin with the organization, its people, its constraints and its goals.
Security, recoverability and operational continuity belong in the architecture from the beginning.
Technical depth matters, but so does explaining decisions in direct, useful language.
Problems should have clear ownership, documented decisions and follow-through until the work is complete.
From infrastructure and architecture to executive guidance, presentations and collaborative planning, the work requires both technical depth and the ability to bring people together.

Technology leadership requires more than technical knowledge. It requires listening, explaining, coordinating and helping people move confidently from decision to execution.

CompuExperts brings together the work shown throughout this site: understanding the need, reviewing the environment, planning the architecture, supporting operations and helping people make informed technology decisions.
The scene is illustrative. It represents the range of work and working relationships CompuExperts is built to support rather than a claim about a specific facility, staff roster, award or vendor endorsement.
